Description
E-commerce stands for electronic commerce and provides to trading in goods and services through the electronic medium such as internet or mobile. e-commerce involves the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in making business between consumers and organizations, organization and organization or consumer and consumer. This lead to the three standard business models namely B2B, B2C and C2C. This course address the concepts of e-payments and their types that helps in carrying out paperless transaction over the internet. Module 4: CRM & CSM

Introduction of Unit, e-Marketing, e-Customer Relationship Management, e-Supply Chain Management, Conclusion of Unit.

Module 5: Security

Introduction of Unit, Security Issues in E-Commerce: Security risk of E-Commerce, Types of threats, Security tools and risk management approach, EDI Application in business, Conclusion of Unit.
