This course is highly experiential and the daily practice is perhaps the most essential element. For this reason, we recommend that you set aside about 30 minutes a day for practice. This may be the most challenging hindrance you encounter in getting started because one of the very problems you are facing maybe not having enough time for all that needs to get done in a day - how are you going to find an extra 30 minutes?
Course Outline
The course will be divided into 3 stages of 7 days each.
Stage 1 - The Shadow of Stress
"In today's rush, we all think too much--seek too much--want too much--and forget about the joy of just being." - Eckhart Tolle
In this phase, you will experience the resistance from your inner self and you will face difficulties to find those 30 mins for yourself.
But GREAT HABITS ARE FORMED DAILY. Truth be told, good habits require consistent commitment. Make the commitment to make it past the fight thru, no matter how many times you go back to it, to reach new levels of success.
Stage 2 - Power of Being In Present
"Be happy in the moment, that's enough. Each moment is all we need, not more." - Mother Teresa
The state of being alive and whole in the present moment is always available, but it typically eludes us, especially in times of difficulty and external pressures.
In this stage, you will be experiencing significant change to your current pattern. Winning each fight thru will make it easier to win the next. Be totally honest with yourself, and allow yourself to feel what life will be like if the changes are not made.
Stage 3 - Seduction to Self-Retreat
An individual begins to focus on positive results and begins to think, “I’m the special one. I have finally figured out how to have great results with not so great process.”
