Challenge description with context - It was observed that support structure of MSGL pressure vessels are failed due to thermo-structural & gravitational effects. Elastic deformation, excessive plastic deformation, stress rupture & plastic instability failures are produced in support structures of pressure vessels. To eliminate given failures, it was important to know severity of this complex stress field through simulation.

Problem – Output of my work is design of pressure vessel support structure. By using this design frequent failures of support structures can be stop.

Users – Manufacture industry of pressure vessel.

Expected Outcomes - By using this design frequent failures of support structures can be stop. It will be beneficial effect to company economically and maintainability.
