Contract Management Professionals enforce contracts within the boundaries of legal scrutiny including a techno legal perspective of contracts and rules for negotiating and settling contractual disputes, both during contractual period and legal proceedings. The course is therefore outlined to train them to achieve goals by creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts, manage record keeping for all contractual correspondences and communicate contract related information to all stakeholders.

This unit introduces the student to contractual risks and its management. Risk management aims at
