Challenge description with context - Our project is at K.K. Industry for modification of operation Characteristics of crimping machine, it’s an IDP project, we tried to get solution for increasing accuracy of pressing the PPGL sheet and Air bubble sheet. There are bar accuracy in their current machine so we are trying to get modify it.

Problem - Our idea is to get more accurate machine with automatic painting. It’s also less time consuming and less manpower required
