Problem Statement - Our project is based on plate of thickness which is used in shell core shooter machine.
Challenge description with context - Shell core shooter machine is have been used for casting and this machine is manufacture for uneven shape of component. In this machine we have taken different type of plate thickness which is used in that machine and we analysis in different thickness of the plate and our main challenge is reduce the thickness of plate and obtain maximum working, also we considered power consumption, pressure, temperature and other factors which is effect on this plate.
Problem – There is a problems which have been not considerable but here we created a new thought which apply on shell core shooter machine and modified plate thickness and its materials as compare their strength or etc. Whenever we reduce thickness so may be major effect on money to making this machine and also this machine is available at low cost with largest working area.
Users – The industry which manufacturing core part of casting, low pressure die casting, shell moulding, hot box core shooter etc.
Expected Outcomes - Minimum plate thickness, Highly durable material also casting is possible, Reduced cost of machine, Small scale industry can afford this machine, Less material use, Reduce power loss, Maximum efficiency
