Challenge description with context - In the present dynamic era of industrialization the employees of any industry are often being tempted to pursue better job opportunities which leads to the burning issue of frequent employee turnover. This presents the need to think of a system that will keep a check on frequent employee turnover to reduce the time & costs associated with recruitment and training of the workers. To keep the employees motivated & to continuously work towards providing job satisfaction to them is quite challenging
