This includes identifying key growth opportunities in customer segments and product segments and prioritise. Lead, develop and deliver on new product launches and maintain a healthy NPI vitality index. Lead the Localization strategy for current and new range of products . Manage optimum margin mix through combination of volume and pricing strategy. Enhance the overall customer and channel buying experience to make it Best in class. Drive E- strategy including online ordering , best in class websites etc. Work closely with Global Product and Marketing teams to align support and services for India business Build robust marketing programs including KOL programs, participation in relevant forums etc. and execute along with Marketing team. Lead Sales support and effectiveness: Product training, FABs, protocols to the sales/ product management team. Learn relevant best practices from Thermo Fisher Scientific entities worldwide, and implement them. Work closely with Supply chain to drive S&OP process including optimum inventory levels , replacement cycles and E&O . Drive customer service metrics for chemicals. Be involved in operational improvement activities, working with purchasing and supply chain. These improvement efforts are centred on increasing customer service and satisfaction via delivery performance and negotiate with suppliers to optimize service levels. Lead the CAS score development for Chemical business:
